Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Former participants of the HA-ID study who are currently living in participating healthcare organisations.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: There are no exclusion criteria. All participants that previously participated in the HA-ID study will be asked to participate. Measurements will only be done when possible and agreed to by participants. This will be evaluated for each individual measurement with the aid of the participant and/or their caregivers.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Investigating the long term progression of health and indicators of health issues over 10 years time in older adults with an intellectual disability.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The outcomes of the HA-ID study are divided in the themes 'cardiovascular disease', 'psychological problems and psychiatric disorders', 'physical activity, fitness and musculoskeletal disorders', 'nutritional intake and nutritional state', and 'frailty'.
