Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (i) be a professional footballer; (ii) being a member of FIFPRO (Football Players Worldwide) and affiliated national unions; (iii) 25 (±4) years old at the start of the study; and (iv) able to read and comprehend texts in English

Symptoms of distress, anxiety, depression, sleep disturbance, alcohol misuse, drug misuse and disordered eating; Ankles, knees and hips: severe joint injury and related surgery, clinical and radiological osteoarthritis and joint function; Concussion (history) and neurocognitive functioning; Blood pressure and cardiac electrical activities.
