Inclusion criteria: Adult patients scheduled for a bronchoscopy

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1)A visual estimate of the amount of blood loss in a grade from 0 (none) till 10 (severe)

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
2) Duration of the endobronchial procedure in minutes. 3) Materials used to obtain hemostasis : e.g. cold saline, adrenaline 4) Volume of blood obtained via suction 5) Oxygen saturation 6) Indication for bronchoscopy 7) Experience in years of the endoscopist Demographic factors: - Age, gender Clinical factors: - Anticoagulants usage - Platelet count if known. - Procedure details e.g. if a biopsy/brush was taken
