Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: all patients with elective carpal tunnel release and triggerfinger release under local anesthesia > 18 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - coumarines who cannot be interrupt - patients with persistent/recurrent carpal tunnel syndrome or trigger finger after previous surgery
