Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient is >18 years of age 2. Patient has a proven HIV infection 3. Patients is MSM

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of anal carcinoma 2 .History of chronic bowel disease
