Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Experience in a Soundboardgroup or Network Palliative Care and having motivation to participate in the research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Not enough experience in the Soundboardgroup or Network Palliative Care, less than one year mebership or participation in less than five meetings.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Critical incident method (Kemppainen): In-depht interviews and Dialogue groups are used to find out the experienced effectivity. Fieldnotes and observations for description of the process.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Knowledge of the the effectivity of participation experienced by representators of palliative care-users in the six Networks Palliative Care on matters of content and decision making process of the Networks. Recommended practises and improvement suggestions for the soundboardgroups.
