Conditions

The intervention is meant for women who report anxiety and stress because of the COVID-19 crisis.

Interventions

Online Communities, a 3-session online intervention offered by a psychologist and a midwife, in which participants are given information, and are taught coping strategies.

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women or women in the first month after giving birth, who speak Dutch and experience worries or stress about the COVID-19 crisis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Psychiatric problems for which individual or more intensive treatment is needed.
