Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Pediatrische patienten met een melanoom of sarcoom van hoofd/hals/romp, paratesticulair of extremiteiten met een indicatie om een schildwachtklierprocedure te ondergaan. Leeftijd 0-18 jaar. Getekend toestemmingsformulier van patient/ouder/wettelijk vertegenwoordiger.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Jodium allergie (ICG is opgelost in een oplossing met 5% natriumiodine) 2. Overgevoeligheid voor ICG 3. Gezien patiënten met nierfunctiestoornissen een groter risico hebben op een anafylactische reactie, worden deze geëxcludeerd (eGFR<55) 4. Klinisch manifeste hyperthyreoïdie/ autonoom schildklieradenoom (gezien jodium schildklierfunctie en -testen kan beinvloeden) 5. Patienten met een nanocolloid of schelpdieren allergie (ivm technetium - gelijkend aan reguliere zorg)
