Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 60 years and older from GGZ Centre for geriatric psychiatry with a primary diagnosis of anxiety disorder, depressive disorder and/or a personality disorder according to DSM-5 criteria

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) living extremely isolated so that patients do not have any interpersonal relationships, 2) neurocognitive disorders, 3) autism spectrum disorder, 4) psychotic disorders, 5) substance use disorder in need of detoxification.
