Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: nurses, carers and helpers (Level 2 - 3 - 4) working in the selected department where moderate to severe dementia living in Vivre foundation, and that the training on pain and use of pain measurement tool PACSLAC-D attended or due workshop are aware.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: not working on the sections of the research, unemployed, not present at explaining the use of PACSLAC-D or not followed the workshop on PACSLAC-D
