Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children between 6-18 yrs of age with a chronic disease or disability who are inactive.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. No informed consent given; 2. Incapable of understanding Dutch; 3. Inability to exercise; 4. Inability to walk.
