Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients planned for tracheal surgery End to end anastomosis of the trachea Age > 18 years Weight > 40 kg ASA I, II, III

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ASA IV or higher Emergency surgery

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Ventilator settings, respiratory parameters and bloodgas values during surgery. Number of airway associated events including: the need for tube manipulation, tube exchange, need for apnea. Number of adverse events including: tube dislocation, tube obstruction in the operating room.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Surgical conditions during end to end anastomosis of the trachea. Duration of surgery.
