Conditions

Parkinson's disease, glucose and lipid metabolism disorders

Interventions

2 study days which take 8 hours each. Blood withdrawal every hour during 8 hours and within those hours we also perform a hyperinsulinemic euglycemic clamp.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with parkinsons disease with bilateral subthalamic nucleus deep brain stimulation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Below 18; 2. Psychiatric disorders; 3. Dyslipidemia; 4. Diabetes.
