Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - All patients triaged in red/orange/yellow/green/blue - 18 years and older - Patients who are being transferred to another hospital will be seen as admissions

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Patients who receive cardiopulmonary resuscitation - Patients who die at the ED - Patients with minor traumatic injury who will get conservative treatment - Patients who are unable to receive triage - Patients who don't want to be included - Patients who are unable to sign a consent form
