Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: official diagnosis type 2 diabetes mellitus; aged >18-75 years; fluent in Dutch; competent to make own decisions, in possession of a laptop/computer with internet connection

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: having a severe diseases other than type 2 diabetes mellitus; pregnancy; lactating; bariatric surgery in the past, eating disorders
