Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - midwife is head-practitioner - multiparaous - gestational age ≥ 41 weeks - engaged fetal head (≥ Hodge 1) - bishop score ≥ 6
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - maternal age < 18 year - language barrier - patient refuse of participation
