Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: IPF patients who 1) are prescribed Pirfenidone (current and new users), 2) can read and speak Dutch, and 3) are willing to participate. aHUS patients who 1) are prescribed Eculizumab (current and new users), 2) can read and speak Dutch, and 3) are willing to participate.
