Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Presence of aorta valve stenosis, pulmonary stenosis, pulmonary arterial hypertension, pulmonary valve insufficiency, aortic valve insufficiency or left ventricular hypertension. - Recent echocardiographic assesment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - hypokinetich or akinetic cardiac wall segments due to a myocardiol infarction in the past
