Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Peak proline and glycine plasma amino acid concentrations

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Total plasma amino acid responses, measured as area under the curve for the first 2 hours and the total 6 hours after ingestion of the casein supplements.
