Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children and staff at pre-schools in Shenzhen, China

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Schools for children older than 6 years old; pre-schools without a school doctor; pre-schools not recognized by the Ministry for Education
