Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - In het afgelopen jaar opgenomen zijn (geweest) in het ziekenhuis met een hersenbloeding of herseninfarct, gebaseerd op de diagnose van een arts - 18 jaar of ouder

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patiënten worden niet geëxcludeeerd van deze studie op basis van specifieke karakteristieken.
