Interventions

Microcirculatory alterations and hemodynamics will be assessed before and after start of xenon or sevoflurane anesthesia.

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Patients with left ventricular ejection fraction 18y-75y

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Patients with ASA I and ASA II - Age <18y - Normal LV function
