Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Type 2 diabetes, aged between 40-70 years old, using at least one antidiabetic agent, being treated in the Netherlands for diabetes, being diagnosed for at least 1 year with type 2 diabetes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Not able to speak or understand the dutch language
