Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Hospital admission for COVID-19 and tested positive for SARS-Coronavirus 2 by either PCR or CT (CORADS score 5) in the LUMC.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who were suspected for COVID-19 but were tested negative by both 2 negative PCR tests or a CT CORADS score below 4. Patients who opted out for the study. Patients who were transferred to the LUMC for Extracorporeal Life Support.
