Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All ischemic strokes wich enter the ''brain care unit''.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Ischemic strokes in a certain condition wich is to good for the ''brain care unit'' (for instance patient's with a TIA or patients with almost no symptoms left while entering the Hospital).
