18 Years to 64 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (i) patiënten >=18 jaar met astma en/of COPD (ii) gebruikend inhalatie medicatie voor minimaal 3 maanden; (iii) begrijpen Nederlandse taal

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: < 18 jaar, geen begrip Nederlandse taal

Clinical outcomes: relievers/controller ratio, medication adherence, uniformity in inhaler devices, exacerbations.
