Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female, total score of 47 or higher or answering 'often' or 'always' on the question 'How often do you feel fat' on the Weight Concern Scale (Jacobi et al., 2011; indicative of being at risk for developing an eating disorder), fluent speaker of either Dutch, English, or German

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Male, currently in treatment for an eating disorder
