Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) 18-70 years of age; 2) Insomnia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Other neurological or psychiatric disorders eye diseases; 2) Cardiovascular or movement disorders; 3) Shiftworkers; 4) Use of sleep medication 3 months prior to inclusion; 5) Habitual level of light intake, physical activity or bathing habits equal to therapy.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The change from baseline to post-treatment on a composite score that summarizes subjectie insomnia complaints, queried daily through an internet diary.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Actigrapphically estimated objective sleep parameters.
