Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Patients admitted to the hospital with pneumonia - Exacerbation of COPD - Asthma exacerbation - Respiratoiry infection - Informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Lungcancer - ICU admittion, or non invasive ventilation - Being unable to hold the Enose
