Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: General practitioners willing to participate in this intervention trial. No individual patients will be included. In total, 30-40 Dutch primary care practices will participate.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Not relevant, as the intervention is targeted at general practitioners, not at patients.
