Prehabilitation program, optimising physical health, nutritional health, factors of frailty and haemoglobin levels

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients 70 years or older Who will undergo elective surgery for colorectal cancer or an abdominal aortic aneurysm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Not speaking Dutch or English Acute admission or emergency surgery Surgery within previous 6 months
