Patient Safety course: 1 plenary day followed by two half-day meetings.

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Residents whom contract within the hospital is continuing at least six months after the first assessment time point.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Study group: Absence at course meetings.
