Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18 years or older TIA or ischemic stroke with undetermined cause after standard diagnostic evaluation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Clinical suspicion of endocarditis based on the Duke criteria Recent myocardial infarction (< 4 weeks) Atrial fibrillation Mechanical prosthetic valve
