Interventions
The intervention group receives the two-day training course ‘Professional Claimant Communication’ aimed at teaching physicians to:
1. Be aware of their own assumptions in the preparation and introduc
2. Efficiently collect information from claimants by improving communication skills (e.g. adequately showing empathy, summarising in plain simple language)
3. Properly finish the assessment by sharing the conclusion while staying in contact with the claimant. Active teaching strategies are used mostly, such as practicing skills in role play and group dis

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Social insurance physicians, working for the Dutch Institute for Employee Benefit Schemes (UWV), and performing face-to-face assessment interviews.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Social insurance physicians performing staff/executive functions.
