Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Participants in the present study will be third-year GP trainees. From September 2010 through June 2012 all GP trainees who start their third year of education at the department of General Practice of the Erasmus MC will enroll in the study. A total of ± 140 GP trainees (male/female) will be enrolled, divided into 12 groups of ± 12 trainees per group.
