Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: all families referred to Bureau Youth Care Amsterdam and Surroundings, meeting the inclusion criteria to be helped by BYCA

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Families whose problems are not sufficiently severe to be offered help by BYCA
