Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. People with severe cognitive problems and/or dementia (and their informal caregivers) (GDS 3-7); 2. Aged 55+; 3. Community-dwelling.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. People with normal memory problems (GDS 1-2); 2. People living in residential care; 3. People living in large houses (more than 6 rooms/exterior doors, more than 180 m2).

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Persons with severe cognitive problems: 1. Quality of life; 2. Autonomy. Informal caregivers: 1. Quality of life; 2. Burden; 3. Sense of competence.
