Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients: All patients with atrial fibrillation visisting one of the three selected hospitals in the Netherlands. Physicians: All cardiologists working in one of the three selected hospitals in the Netherlands (Franciscus Ziekenhuis Roosendaal, Lievensberg Ziekenhuis Bergen op Zoom, and Beatrixziekenhuis Gornichem).
