Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Residents and educational/clinical supervisors of all specialty training within the Amsterdam UMC between 1 February 2021 en 1 November 2021.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants without consent and who aren't able to read Dutch and therefore, can't answer the questionnaire.
