Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - pregnant women - living in the Netherlands - 16 weeks gestational age or less at the time of inclusion - a good command of the Dutch language - having access to the internet on smartphone, tablet or pc.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - more than 16 weeks gestational age at the time of inclusion.
