Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Per country we aim to include 50-60 healthcare professionals and 10-15 parents (hence in total, 200 to 240 healthcare professionals and 40 to 60 parents). Online questionnaire for healthcare professionals: Survey participants will be 50 to 60 Dutch healthcare and other professionals working with children in rehabilitation who would be likely to benefit from the future use of robotic assistive rehabilitation technology in their clinical practice with children. This will include occupational therapists, physiotherapists, speech therapists, orthotists, paediatric physicians, paediatric rehabilitation physicians, and nurses. On-site questionnaire for parents of children with CP: Participants will be 10 to 15 parents of Dutch children with Cerebral Palsy under 18 years who will visit the Sint Maartenskliniek for clinical gait analysis or treadmill training.

| Online questionnaire for healthcare professionals: An online questionnaire has been developed in collaboration with all project partners The questionnaire includes items from previous surveys used for a similar purpose and items designed by the team to address the particular needs of the project. The questionnaire will be designed in CastorEDC, which ensures secure and safe data collection and storage. Participants will be asked to provide some information about their professional experience and training. Some basic demographic information will also be collected such as profession and length of professional experience, highest qualification, sector and region where they work. These data are required in order to contextualise participants’ answers and assist in the analysis of the data, and allow exploration of possible variation in training needs. The region information is also needed to ensure we are covering the areas which fall under the ‘2 seas’ regions required by the funder. The information will only be used for analysis purposes and collected information will remain anonymous as there will be no way to connect it to the individual who completes the survey. Questions cover the following areas: •Current familiarity with robotic assistive technology (AT) for children and/or adults •Professionals’ attitudes to the use of robotic AT for children’s rehabilitation care •Training needs of professionals in the use of robotic AT for children. On-site questionnaire for parents of children with CP: A questionnaire for parents has been developed in collaboration with all project partners. The questionnaire will be designed in CastorEDC, which ensures secure and safe data collection and storage. Parents will be invited to fill it out in CastorEDC on a laptop or tablet during or after the clinical gait analysis or treadmill training of their child.
