Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Constipation as defined by the the ROME III criteria.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Gastrointestinal surgery; 2. Metablic disease; 3. IBD (Crohn's disease, CU); 4. Genetic syndromes (Down's disease); 5. Colonic cancer.
