Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Histological proven colorectal cancer with livermetastasis; 2. First line fluoropyrimidine-based treatment; 3. Measurable livermetastasis; 4. Age minimal 18 years; 5. Written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Prior chemotherapy within 6 months before start of the study; 2. Contra-indication for MRI and or PEt-examinations; 3. Karnofsky Performance Status =/< 70; 4. Diffuse livermetastases.
