Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Clients that are able to communicate about their experiences with 'This is how I feel about it'. Clients living in 24-hour facilities of Stichting Gehandicaptenzorg Limburg Clients that collaborated in 'This is how I feel about it' in the past month.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Clients that have severe disabilities which hinder collaboration in the interviews. These disabilities can be severe verbal disabilities, severe hearing disabilities or the incapacity of verbal communication
