Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Enzymatic and / or biochemically confirmed MPS III A,B,C or D - Living in the Netherlands

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - The parent or legal representative is unwilling to participate. - Patient is unable to travel to the hospital.
