Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Pregnant women less than 26 weeks pregnant. - Fear of childbirth W-EDQ score above 66

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - No mastery of the Dutch or English language. - Acute psychosis/psychotic disorder, suicidal risks, substance abuse and dependency, borderline personality disorder. - Received a mindfulness based programme on regular basis during last year.
