Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Age 14-21 years. - Male gender. - Play football on an elite level at Excelsior football club or Feyenoord Academy. - No musculoskeletal injuries at baseline during physical testing.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Football player is not willing to participate in the study. - Parents of the football player are not willing to sign informed consent form. - Football player is not available in the week of the baseline physical testing during the trial period.
