Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - 70 years or older - New treatment decision for non-curative malignancy (16-okt-2018) Patients with high suspicion on non-curative malignancy (for example based on CT-scan but not yet proven by pathologic biopsy) can be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Terminal disease (life expectancy < 3 months) - Not able to fill in the questionnaires (due to inadequate proficiency or due to cognitive problems) - Hematologic malignancy - Severe psychiatric disease Previous treatment with curative intent for the same malignancy is no exclusion criteria.
