fall analysis according to the Dutch guideline 'Preventie van valincidenten bij ouderen (Prevention of fall incidents in the elderly).

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - 70 years or older - Living (Semi) independently (in a sheltered home, completely independently) - Presented at SEH with a fall-related complaint - (in the VUmc) to be linked to a trained professional (i.e. living in the vicinity of a trained primary care provider, insured for the required care or willing to pay for this yourself)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Admission to a hospital or other healthcare institution - Restrictive injury - Unable to give informed consent - Insufficient command of the Dutch or English language - Patients who already participate in a fall prevention project Admitted to a care institution (i.e. rehabilitation clinic, care home) - Patients living outside the Amsterdam region
