Inclusion criteria: - An age of 18 years or older - Diagnosed or suspicion of OA in the knee and/or hip - Primary visit to the orthopaedics department - The ability to read and understand the Dutch language

Exclusion criteria: - Not having a smartphone, computer or tablet - Not having an e-mail adress
